Refund and Return Policy

Kringle’s Christmas Shoppe features several types of products, and each has its own return policy as described below. Please review the section that applies to your order.

Affiliate Products (sold through our retail partners)

Many items featured in our shop are affiliate links to products sold by third-party retailers, including Amazon and other partner stores. When you click “Buy Now,” you leave our site and complete your purchase directly on the retailer’s website. Kringle’s Christmas Shoppe does not process payment, ship these items, or handle returns for them.

All returns, refunds, and exchanges for these products are handled entirely by the retailer where you completed your purchase and are subject to that retailer’s own return policy. To start a return or check eligibility, please visit the retailer’s returns center (for example, Amazon’s Returns Center) or contact their customer service directly using the order number from your confirmation email.

Print-on-Demand Products

Select items in our shop are custom, made-to-order print-on-demand products, produced through our print partner (Printify) specifically for each order after it is placed. Because these items are made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or buyer’s remorse, and all print-on-demand sales are final.

We do stand behind the quality of our print-on-demand products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Comet’s Choice Premium Reindeer Food

All sales of Comet’s Choice Premium Reindeer Food are final. This product is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange for any reason, including change of mind.
