  1. Returns: You have 10 business days from the date of purchase to return an item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
  2. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable purchases, and custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded and are Final Sale.
